About the Position
We are seeking an experienced Supply Ops Specialist to join our team in Kraków, Poland. This role involves overseeing supply integrations and optimizing operational workflows. As a member of the team, you will be able to use your technical expertise to proactively prevent common issues from occurring.
Responsibilities
- Support account managers and LoopMe’s publishers with technical troubleshooting and provide expertise on the LoopMe supply platform.
- Represent Supply Operations in cross-functional projects, helping shape company-wide initiatives around supply growth and monetization.
- Collaborate with the team using your expertise on the supply-side platform and the programmatic ad operations landscape.
- Partner with Product, Finance, and Commercial teams to improve supply-side processes, integrations, and reporting infrastructure.
- Oversee invoicing, reconciliation, and payment cycles, ensuring operational excellence and accuracy at scale.
- Build and maintain documentation, best practices, and playbooks to standardize workflows and scale operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in ad tech ad operations, preferably on the supply-side.
- Acquired knowledge on programmatic advertising and ad serving.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced knowledge of Excel/BI tools.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Fluent in English (written & spoken).
