Middle/Senior/Lead Talent Acquisition Manager

About the Position

Chalice invites a Middle/Senior/Lead Talent Acquisition Manager for long-term cooperation at its service center in Kyiv, Ukraine.

You will have the opportunity to be a part of the extension team of an international IT Consulting Company. Depending on your skills and wishes to grow, you will have a lot of different opportunities in the company, have no bureaucracy, proactive approach, and possibilities to realize your ideas.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the full cycle of recruitment - from vacancy opening to placement
• Plan and execute all stages of recruitment related process
• Clarify the vacancy requirements and expectations
• Search for candidates
• Conduct pre-screening of candidates and HR interviews, offering, etc.
• Handle simultaneously a set of approximately 5 vacancies of different levels
• Provide qualified consultancy services to internal customers
• Keep ATS (applicants tracking system) flow and statuses in order to the rules and procedures
• Take over niche vacancies and pre-sales staffing if required

Requirements

• 2+ years in IT recruiting
• Successful closure of 3-5 positions monthly
• Upper-intermediate level of English
