About the Position

We are seeking a Mid/Senior DevOps Engineer with experience in Google Cloud Platform and Infrastructure as Code to join our team in Warszawa, Poland.

Responsibilities

Rozwój i utrzymanie infrastruktury w Google Cloud Platform z wykorzystaniem podejścia Infrastructure as Code (Terraform);
Zarządzanie klastrami Kubernetes w modelu GitOps z wykorzystaniem narzędzi takich jak Flux i Kustomize;
Wsparcie wdrożeń progresywnych (canary releases) oraz rozwój wewnętrznych narzędzi wspierających procesy CI/CD, głównie w technologii Go;
Utrzymanie i rozwój pipeline'ów GitLab CI obejmujących Terraform, Kubernetes/GitOps oraz budowę i skanowanie obrazów kontenerowych;
Rozwój i doskonalenie warstwy platformowej, w tym rozwiązań service mesh i API gateway wspierających komunikację pomiędzy usługami;
Zarządzanie dostępami i sekretami z wykorzystaniem HashiCorp Vault zgodnie z zasadą najmniejszych uprawnień;
Rozwój rozwiązań observability opartych o Prometheus i Grafanę oraz optymalizację jakości alertingu;
Wspieranie praktyk Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), w tym obszarów SLI/SLO, error budget’ów oraz analiz postmortem;
Zapewnianie bezpieczeństwa pipeline'ów oraz obrazów kontenerowych zgodnie z dobrymi praktykami DevSecOps;
Współpracę z zespołami produktowymi oraz data engineering w zakresie projektowania i wdrażania rozwiązań odpowiadających na potrzeby biznesowe i technologiczne.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in DevOps/SRE
Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform and public cloud production environments (open to development towards GCP)
Experience with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code
Knowledge of Kubernetes and basics of GitOps, especially tools like Flux, Kustomize, or ArgoCD
Ability to design and create reusable CI/CD pipelines
Experience with observability solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, or similar tools
Understanding of secrets management (Vault or similar) and CI/CD security
Interest in SRE practices such as SLI/SLO, error budgets, and postmortems, and further development in this area

Nice to Have

Knowledge of GitLab CI
Basic knowledge of the Go language
Experience in creating tools and automation supporting infrastructure processes
Knowledge of service mesh and API Gateway solutions
Experience with tools and platforms used in data engineering
