About the Position

We are seeking a Production Manager to optimize production, manage quality, and support financial planning in our leading wood-based products company.

Responsibilities

• Optimize production in terms of costs, materials used, and maximize production line efficiency.
• Supervise the technological process and organize work according to the production plan.
• Analyze quality defects from a technological or process perspective.
• Verify materials and raw materials used in production and control discrepancies.
• Support the preparation of financial budgets, calculations, and production plans.

Requirements

• Experience as a team leader or shift manager is highly desirable.
• Higher education.
• Good knowledge of English.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Good work organization and team management skills.
• Valid driver's license (category B).
• Willingness to establish a long-term cooperation.
