Job Description

Ensure Analytical Quality. You will conduct physico-chemical and wet chemical analyses of raw materials, intermediate, and finished products. This includes determining extract, alcohol content, bitterness, color, pH value, and analyses using gas chromatography.
Monitor Production Processes. Through regular in-process controls (IPC), you will accompany the production and bottling and actively contribute to ensuring the quality of our products throughout all process steps.
Maintain Modern Laboratory Technology. You will calibrate, maintain, and service our analysis and testing instruments, ensuring reliable measurement results at all times.
Document Results Transparently. You will carefully record, evaluate, and document analysis data in our Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) and ensure the traceability of all test results.
Actively Shape Quality Management. You will support the maintenance, revision, and creation of work instructions and contribute to the further development of our quality management system.
Live Standards and Hygiene. You will consistently work according to applicable quality, hygiene, and safety standards, making an important contribution to product safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

You have a successfully completed training as a Chemical-Technical Assistant (CTA) (m/w/d), Chemical Laboratory Assistant (m/w/d), Brewer and Maltster (m/w/d) with solid laboratory experience or a comparable qualification.
Ideally, you have already gained initial professional experience in a laboratory environment in the food or beverage industry. Experience in a brewery is advantageous but not a prerequisite.
You are confident handling modern laboratory and analysis equipment and have a good technical understanding.
You work precisely, reliably, and responsibly and are characterized by a high awareness of quality and hygiene.
You are team-oriented, communicative, and contribute to smooth workflows in the laboratory through a structured working style.
You are willing to work in shifts (early and late shifts) and, depending on operational requirements, occasional weekend shifts.
Further education as a Brewmaster (m/w/d), a technician's degree, or a degree in brewing or beverage technology is welcome and can support your onboarding.
