We are looking for a Sales Professional to join our remote sales team at Autohero, the innovative online shop for certified used cars. In this role, you will support our customers throughout their car buying journey, ensuring a seamless and excellent customer experience. This is a fully remote position based in Germany.

Responsibilities

• Act as the voice of our premium used car platform, handling customer inquiries via phone and email (no video calls).
• Use your negotiation skills to convince customers and achieve sales success through personal care.
• Work exclusively with pre-qualified customers – no cold calling!
• Guide customers through the entire purchasing process, from the initial inquiry to the successful conclusion, always serving as a competent contact person.
• Increase your earnings through the sale of additional services such as extended warranties, financing, and other offers by cross-selling and upselling.

Requirements

• Passionate about sales with high self-motivation and enthusiasm for achieving your goals and closing deals.
• Experience in customer service or telesales is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills, confident demeanor, and a team player with a knack for direct customer interaction.
• Personal development and career opportunities are important to you.
• Fluent in German, both spoken and written – additional language skills are a plus.
