Responsibilities

• Installation, Konfiguration und Setup von Desktop PCs, Notebooks und Tablets
• Als Ansprechpartner vor Ort für alle IT-bezogenen Anliegen des Kunden fungieren
• Troubleshooting bezogene an Netzwerken (LAN/WLAN) und Desktop PCs and Notebooks
• SCCM Support: Software assignment und Software Center
• Active Directory (AD) Password Reset und Intune Support (Azure)
• Software Installation (UMTS module, RAM, SSD, etc.)
• BitLocker, Microsoft Office 365 support und UEFI BIOS configuration
• Ticket System (Incidents, IMACDs) in Service Now und FSA
• Asset Management in Service Now

Requirements

• Du bist ausgebildeter Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) für Systemintegration mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung
• Erfahrung mit Intune Azure + AD + SCCM
• Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im IT Bereich
• Bearbeitung von Problemen/Projekten mit mittlerem Komplexitätsgrad
• Fähigkeit zur Planung, Implementierung und Überwachung von Computer- und Drucker-/Scannernetzwerken (z. B. Dateiserver)
• Sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse
