PLAION GmbH, an international company with a strong local presence, is looking for a Customer Service professional to join our team in Höfen, Tirol, Austria. Our headquarters in Höfen is the backbone of our international operations, employing around 220 staff in various departments including Finance, Customer Service, Stock & Supplier Management, Logistics, IT, and more.

Responsibilities

• Customer and Business Partner Support: Provide exceptional service to our customers and business partners.
• Collaboration with Sales: Work closely with our sales team to ensure smooth operations.
• Order Coordination and Monitoring: Manage orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring timely fulfillment.
• Returns and Complaints Handling: Address and resolve returns and complaints efficiently.
• Internal and External Communication: Maintain strong communication with internal departments and external logistics partners.
• Efficient Delivery Process Management: Ensure the smooth and efficient handling of our delivery processes.

Requirements

• Educational Background: Completed commercial education, Matura, or equivalent qualification.
• Communication Skills: Enjoy communication and customer interaction.
• Professional Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a similar field is advantageous.
• Personality Traits: Helpful, communicative, solution-oriented, team-oriented, and resilient.
• Work Approach: Independent, structured, and methodical.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS-Office; SAP knowledge is a plus.

Salary is based on the commercial collective agreement. The actual compensation will be determined based on your qualifications and will adjust according to your individual development.
