Through the targeted use of the latest tools, technologies, and AI methods, we drive data-driven innovations - always with an eye on the added value for our customers. In addition to our location in Munich, our car rental price comparison has been based in Augsburg since 2016, directly in the HELIO at Augsburg Central Station.

Responsibilities
- Unconditional Customer Orientation: You will become a car rental expert with us and ensure great customer experiences.
- Comprehensive Consultation: You will take care of competent telephone consultation and support for customers before, during, and after the booking on the topic of car rental as well as worldwide correspondence with our international partners.
- Exciting Customers: Thanks to modern generative AI systems, you can respond to customer inquiries even faster and more precisely. You independently handle the wishes and bookings of our customers as well as the associated administrative tasks.
- Data Management: You will take over the recording and maintenance of customer data independently. Intelligent software will support you so that you can invest more time in the perfect customer experience.
Requirements
- Practical Experience: Serious and friendly demeanor in telephone contact with our car rental customers, initial experience in dialog marketing or comparable professional experience from the tourism industry is advantageous.
- Drive & Communication: Structured working method, contact friendliness and customer orientation as well as fun in consultation talks. In addition, you bring very good communicative skills, team spirit, flexibility, and personal responsibility to achieve measurable results quickly.
- Smart Solution Finding: Quick comprehension to understand complex relationships as well as a hands-on mentality to quickly find and implement pragmatic solutions.
- Digital Fit & Tools: High internet affinity, secure handling of MS Office, as well as curiosity for AI-based tools and interest in digital trends.
- Language Skills: Fluent German and good English skills in word and writing, additional foreign languages are advantageous.
