CHECK24, one of Germany's leading online companies and the largest comparison portal, is seeking a Customer Service Employee for full-time or part-time positions in Augsburg, focusing on car rental advice and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Bedingungslose Kundenorientierung: Become a car rental expert and ensure great customer experiences.
• Rundum-Beratung: Provide competent telephone advice and support to customers before, during, and after booking a rental car, as well as worldwide correspondence with our international partners.
• Kunden begeistern: Use modern Generative AI systems to respond faster and more accurately to customer inquiries. Handle customer requests and bookings, as well as related administrative tasks independently.
• Datenpflege: Take responsibility for the collection and maintenance of customer data. Intelligent software supports you to invest more time in the perfect customer experience.

Requirements

• Praktische Erfahrung: Reliable and friendly demeanor in telephone contact with our car rental customers, initial experience in dialog marketing or comparable professional experience in tourism is advantageous.
• Drive & Kommunikation: Structured approach, sociability, and customer orientation, as well as enjoyment of advisory conversations. Additionally, you bring very good communication skills, teamwork, flexibility, and personal responsibility to achieve measurable results quickly.
