Technical Support Specialists

Join Bosch as a Customer Service Representative, handling inquiries via phone, email, or chat in German and English.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer concerns and process inquiries via phone, email, or live chat in German and partially English using standardized solution approaches.
• Offer solutions or refer concerns to the appropriate specialists.
• Responsible for tracking the processing of requests in the systems.

Requirements

• Personality: Enjoy interacting with people, customer-oriented, responsible, and communicative.
• Work Approach: Quick comprehension, meticulous, service-oriented, solution-oriented, good expressive ability.
• Experience and Know-how: Very good PC skills, technical affinity.
• Languages: Very good German skills in speech and writing, as well as dialog-capable English skills depending on the project, as the services are partially globally set up and the team is internationally staffed.
• Workday: Willingness to work shifts (depending on the project, also on weekends in early and late shifts or also around the clock (24/7)).
