Responsibilities

• Unterstützung unserer Kunden in Betrieb und Anwendung unserer Cartago®Live-Suite in 1st- und 2nd-Level
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserer Entwicklungsabteilung zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Produkte
• Qualitätssicherung von unseren Softwarelösungen: Testen aller Aspekte der Software
• Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung von Teilprojekten, Kundenveranstaltungen und Schulungen (online oder beim Kunden vor Ort)
• Erstellung von Dokumentationen, Anwender-Handbüchern, Tutorials und Produktvideos

Requirements

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. IT-Systemkauffrau/-mann, Bürokauffrau/-mann, Kauffrau/ -mann für Bürokommunikation, Industriekauffrau/-mann)
• Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Erfahrungen in QA, sowie im 1st- und 2nd-Level Support
• Gut organisiert mit viel Liebe zum Detail
• IT-Affinität
• Zuverlässigkeit
• Konzeptionelles Denken und Kreativität
• Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
• Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
