ML Engineer - Governance ML Platform

About the Position

Our client is a global enterprise software provider, serving over 1,500 customers across financial services, government, media, and IT. They offer enterprise-grade PostgreSQL solutions, managed cloud services, and 24/7 support, enabling application modernization, database migration from legacy systems, and hybrid/multi-cloud deployments. Their platform unifies transactional, analytical, and AI workloads while ensuring security, compliance, and high availability, with built-in AI capabilities.

We are looking for an ML Engineer, who will own the ML infrastructure spanning serving, evaluation, red-teaming, and continuous improvement for governance models.

Responsibilities

• Serving & eval: low-latency model serving, eval pipelines, model registry
• Research-to-production: get models to <50ms inference via quantization/distillation; drift monitoring; shadow deployment; telemetry-to-training-data pipelines
• Red-team harness: attack orchestration, scorecards, regression suites, CI gating for governance models
• Self-improvement loop: continuous retraining, dataset curation from the audit trail, gated auto-rollout

Requirements

• Production ML serving experience (low-latency inference, quantization/distillation)
• Eval pipeline and model registry experience
• Drift monitoring and shadow deployment experience
• SQL/Postgres fluency
• Security mindset; comfort operating in fully audited environments
• English level - Upper intermediate

Nice to Have

• Red-team / adversarial testing harness experience (CI-gated regression suites)
• Experience building auto-retraining loops from production telemetry/audit data
