ML/AI Engineer • T-Shaped (f/m/x)

About the Company 🚀

We’re LOX Solutions – not a startup circus, not a PowerPoint consultancy.

We build real digital ventures and solutions that last – not for someone else, but together with partners who are serious about making real impact.

Our mission: we make progress real.

Less talk. More traction.

We build, test, scale – and learn fast.

If you ever read headlines like this and think “wtf - how could that happen?!" - you get exactly why we exist.

---

Who we’re looking for 👀

People who understand both the math and the mission.

You love building AI/ML systems that actually deployed and not just notebooks that impress.

You think in models and in business value.

You get data, code, and product.

You care about clarity, not hype.

You collaborate with engineers, designers, and strategists as easily as you tune a model.

We’re not looking for buzzword collectors.

We’re looking for T-shaped builders – deep in AI/ML, broad across tech, product, and business.

---

Responsibilities 💪🏻

• Build and deploy AI/ML-powered solutions that matter.
• Design systems that scale, and pipelines that survive reality.
• Prototype fast, validate with users, and iterate.
• Shape data strategies and bring AI into real products – from smart automation to generative solutions.

You’ll collaborate with software architects, venture strategists, and designers to turn ideas into working systems.

Not theory. Traction.

---

What you’ll get 💥

• Honesty. Trust. Real impact.
• No bureaucracy. No drama.
• Your title doesn’t matter – your contribution does.
• If you deliver, you have complete autonomy. It’s that simple.

You’ll work in a cross-T-shaped team of deep experts who understand each other.

That’s how we build resilient teams that learn, adapt, and deliver real outcomes.
