Responsibilities

Job Description

Your main task will be to monitor the timeliness of deliveries, work with carriers to improve service quality, and solve ongoing operational challenges.

The role combines analytical and operational work – you will analyze data, settle carriers for quality and costs, and at the same time actively cooperate with the headquarters, operational departments, and sales. Thanks to this, your actions will have a direct impact on the efficiency of transport and the experience of our customers.

This position is for someone who can combine analytical thinking with a practical approach to logistics – and wants to develop in an international organization where logistics is a key element of business success.

Your scope of responsibilities

Monitoring the execution of transport orders in the B2B industry in the CEE region
Cooperation with logistics partners in terms of service quality, delivery timeliness, escalation of delays, and corrective plans
Analysis and settlement of transport contracts
Seeking, analyzing, and implementing new transport improvements in selected markets
Close cooperation with headquarters, sales, and operations departments, including handling transport-related requests and inquiries

Requirements

Our expectations

Professional experience in logistics, transport, supply chain, and/or education related to logistics and a desire to develop in this area
Knowledge of English at least at the B2 level – enabling participation in meetings and conversations with foreign partners
Knowledge of spreadsheets at a level that allows for data analysis and presentation, including the use of pivot tables
Ability to solve problems independently and an analytical approach to work
Ability to coordinate several tasks simultaneously
Communicativeness and a cooperative attitude in an international environment
