About the Position

Agencja Wywiadu is seeking a Junior Legal Professional to join our legal team in Warsaw. We are looking for individuals who want to support the functioning of a state institution responsible for carrying out tasks of particular importance to the country.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the creation of legal projects
• Supporting legislators in the government legislative process
• Interpreting regulations and preparing draft analyses and legal opinions
• Monitoring changes in national and EU law
• Analyzing court decisions
• Providing legal support to organizational units in their ongoing activities
• Analyzing documentation for compliance with applicable regulations
• Participating in administrative proceedings and cooperating with public administration bodies
• Preparing and maintaining internal documentation

Requirements

• Higher legal education
• Knowledge of administrative, constitutional law, and administrative procedure
• Ability to analyze regulations and formulate conclusions
• Excellent organization and ability to work under time pressure
• Independence, reliability, and a high level of responsibility
• Ability to maintain confidentiality

Nice to Have

• English language proficiency at a level that allows for the analysis of legal documents
• Completed courses or training in administrative law, security, or compliance
