Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire project cycle: gathering business requirements, scheduling the project, collaborating with the IT team during implementation, and working with other business areas during testing and training.
• Ensure the stability of the project post-implementation.
• Supervise the quality of executed projects and control costs and budget within the projects.
• Coordinate work and supervise the timely completion of tasks within projects.
• Effectively collaborate with managers of other projects and business units within the Polsat Plus Group.

Requirements

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Analytical skills to break down complex situations into manageable parts.
• Resilience to face and overcome numerous obstacles.
• Ability to communicate effectively, even in conflict situations.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn, as our Group is constantly evolving.
• Readiness to pursue long-term goals independently and persistently.
