We are looking for a Junior Specialist to join our research team in Warsaw, focusing on technology, security, and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Support the mentor in searching and organizing information from reports, strategies, analyses, and publications.
• Analyze documents related to new technologies, security, innovation, and defense.
• Prepare short analytical notes and thematic reviews.
• Monitor technological, geopolitical, and security trends.
• Create simple tables, maps, problem descriptions, and phenomenon descriptions.
• Participate in the development of research and expert project concepts.
• Develop a mini-research project under the mentor's supervision.
• Learn how to ask good research questions and build logical arguments.

Requirements

• Being a finalist or laureate of scientific Olympiads from 2023–2026.
• Interest in new technologies, security, artificial intelligence, geopolitics, or innovations.
• Ability to logically analyze problems and formulate own conclusions.
• Enjoy working with text, data, reports, strategic documents, or current social issues.
• Curiosity about how technologies change the state, economy, military, and social life.
• Desire to develop research, analytical, and project skills.
• Must have completed 18 years of age.
