We are looking for a Junior Research Assistant to join our research team in Warsaw. If you are a finalist or laureate of scientific Olympiads from 2023-2026, interested in new technologies, innovations, social research, or product and service design, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities

• Support the mentor in researching and analyzing scientific literature, reports, and publications on innovation and new technologies.
• Design qualitative and quantitative research.
• Prepare interview scripts, surveys, and research materials.
• Analyze research results and develop conclusions and recommendations.
• Prepare short studies, literature reviews, and analytical notes.
• Participate in developing research project concepts, grant applications, and scientific publications.
• Learn about user-centered technology design and responsible innovation principles.

Requirements

• Being a finalist or laureate of scientific Olympiads from 2023-2026.
• Interest in new technologies, innovations, social research, or product and service design.
• Ability to logically analyze problems and draw conclusions.
• Enjoy working with people, data, texts, reports, or research projects.
• Curiosity about how technologies meet real user needs.
• Desire to develop research, analytical, and project skills.
• At least 18 years old.

• Experience in qualitative research.
• Experience in quantitative research.
• Experience in project management.
• Experience in scientific publications.
• Experience in grant proposals.
