We are seeking a Marketing Specialist for our Department of Commercialization and Sales – Promotion and Marketing Division.

Responsibilities

• Searching and acquiring new clients for the Institute, building and maintaining long-term client relationships,
• Monitoring the market, analyzing and verifying client needs, and collaborating on negotiations related to sales conditions,
• Developing promotional, advertising materials, and technology descriptions for the Institute's exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional and marketing activities,
• Organizing the Institute's participation in trade fairs, conferences, and industry events,
• Collaborating with external partners such as marketing agencies, research agencies, and any third parties providing marketing services,
• Collaborating with the economic sector in implementing research results,
• Actively participating in commercialization activities,
• Developing and updating content on the Institute's website and social media,
• Establishing contacts and collaborating with domestic and international entities,
• Collaborating with other organizational units of the Institute.

Requirements

Mandatory:

• Higher education,
• Ability to clearly and concisely formulate thoughts in speech and writing,
• Ability to work in a team,
• Interpersonal communication skills,
• Thoroughness, responsibility, and independence in action,
• Ability to efficiently complete tasks under time pressure,
• Knowledge of MS Office 365.

Desirable:

• Knowledge of English.
