In our Talent Acquisition plan, we plan to hire a MLOps/Generative AI Engineer. The resource will be the technical point of reference for the design, development, deployment, and optimization of AI/ML solutions on Google Cloud, contributing to the evolution of scalable, secure, and enterprise-ready data and AI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Architecture and development of the AI/ML platform: Design and evolve data and AI infrastructures on GCP, ensuring scalability, resilience, and performance for complex AI/ML workloads
• AI Deployment and Industrialization: Develop automated data pipelines to power AI models in real-time (API) and batch, with monitoring and management of the model lifecycle
• MLOps and Automation: Implement CI/CD processes, automated infrastructure provisioning (IaC), orchestration with Kubernetes, and continuous monitoring of solutions
• Integration of business systems: Ensure secure communication between AI models and internal systems through modern protocols (A2A, MCP)
• Standards, Security, and FinOps: Define and apply architectural best practices, cloud security controls (IAM, network), data governance, and cost optimization strategies
• Support and collaboration: Act as a technical facilitator for AI, Data Science, and Product teams, providing reliable and high-performance data and AI infrastructures

Testing and AI Quality: Validate LLM and generative AI models in terms of security, explainability, and robustness

Requirements

• Education: Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related fields
• Experience: Proven experience in developing cloud-native AI/ML solutions, preferably on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Skills:
  • Advanced Cloud Data Engineering: Proficiency in BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, Cloud Composer
  • MLOps and automation: CI/CD with GitHub Actions, Terraform for IaC, orchestration with Kubernetes and Docker
  • AI & Generative AI development: Mastery of Python (particularly for data engineering and AI models) and experience with frameworks such as LangChain, Vertex AI, ADK, RAG, fine-tuning LLM, prompt engineering
  • Data Modeling and scalable data architectures: Design of ETL/ELT, data warehouse on GCP
  • API Development & Integration: Building scalable RESTful APIs, A2A/MCP integration
  • Cloud Security & FinOps: Knowledge of IAM, network, cost control, cost optimization, and governance
