About the Position

We are seeking a Mobile Apps Unit Team Lead with extensive experience in user acquisition and mobile app projects to join our team. This role is pivotal in leading our mobile apps unit, driving growth, and ensuring the successful execution of our strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership and Mentorship: Build, mentor, and upskill a team of client partners and media planners, setting goals, monitoring KPIs, and coordinating work toward measurable business outcomes.
  • Traffic-Selling Strategies: Develop and execute traffic-selling strategies for leadgen verticals across social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, NewsBreak) and search platforms (Google), Mobile App DSPs, understanding principles ASO.
  • Campaign Optimization: Analyze client KPIs and campaign performance, leading multi-geo acquisition strategies, designing and executing hypothesis-driven tests across creatives, bidding, and funnels, and prioritizing initiatives based on impact and ROI.
  • Data Analysis and Insights: Deliver data-driven insights through the interpretation of large datasets and trend evaluation. Ensure a superior client experience, manage complex situations, and resolve issues with a strategic approach.
  • Market Dynamics and Monetization: Analyze market dynamics, competitor activities, and average payouts across verticals to inform monetization and scaling decisions.
  • Sales and Deal Management: Handle full-cycle traffic sales, including negotiating with partners, structuring deals, and ensuring contractual execution. Implement automation workflows, campaign scaling frameworks, and optimization rules to increase efficiency and reduce manual workload.
  • Forecasting and Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasting, revenue projections, and ensure execution against commercial plans. Prepare and present strategic reports, dashboards, and insights to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Industry Representation: Actively represent the company at industry conferences and events, maintaining visibility and credibility among key leadgen players.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain strong operational discipline: CRM, documentation, performance frameworks, and knowledge sharing inside the team.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience leading in User Acquisition Mobile App Projects
  • Deep expertise in advertising on social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, NewsBreak) and search media platforms (Google), Mobile app DSPs
  • Proven track record managing monthly budgets of $100K+, through direct buying or optimization strategies
  • Strong analytical and data-driven skills, with the ability to interpret large datasets, identify trends, design hypothesis-driven tests (creatives, bidding, funnels), and provide actionable insights
  • Understanding tracking and attribution systems, including Pixel, CAPI, UTMs, and server-to-server integrations, Appsflyer, Ajust, and Kochava
  • Experience in developing, executing, and scaling multi-geo acquisition strategies, traffic-selling approaches, and campaign optimization frameworks
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey ideas, resolve workplace conflicts, and maintain effective collaboration
  • Strong understanding of monetization and scaling decisions, including competitor analysis, average payout evaluation, and market dynamics
  • Skilled in implementing automation workflows, campaign scaling frameworks, and optimization rules to improve efficiency and reduce manual workload
  • Experience providing accurate sales forecasts, revenue projections, and executing against commercial plans
  • Excellent collaboration and communication with internal teams and platform representatives to secure better performance, insights, and support
  • Ability to prepare and present strategic reports, dashboards, and insights to senior leadership and key stakeholders
  • Advanced English or higher
