About the Position
Our client, a digital assets exchange licensed and regulated by the Central Bank of Bahrain (CBB), is looking for a Mobile Developer (remote) to join their team. You will help build the next generation of systems to make cryptocurrency accessible to everyone across the MENA region, operating real-time applications with high frequency, low latency updates, and managing the most secure, dockerized infrastructure running in the cloud.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a team of developers and designers to improve and maintain the CoinMENA mobile application on iOS and Android
- Participate in security testing processes related to the mobile application
- Create reusable, effective, and scalable JavaScript code
- Design the data and presentation layer of the web application’s front-end
- Use additional JavaScript libraries such as Redux to manage the web application’s state, derive computed data from the state of the system, and make asynchronous API calls
- Maintain proper technical documentation of development work
- Test and update web application so that it can be used on all web browsers
Requirements
- 3+ years React Native mobile development experience
- Interest in crypto is a plus
- Experience building B2C and / or Fintech mobile applications is a plus
- Highly proficient in rendering components with Native APIs
- Highly proficient in JavaScript, modern JavaScript, HTML
- Highly proficient in Redux, React Router, etc.
- English level is Upper – intermediate +
