We are currently recruiting for integration in our internal team/client, professionals with the following profile:

Mobile Tech Lead (m/f) – Hybrid (Lisbon, Braga or Coimbra)

Match Profiler is an Information Systems consultant who has been working in the national and international market since 1999. We have multidisciplinary skills and IT know-how that allow us to contribute, optimize and progress with our clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of mobile applications (Android and iOS)
• Implement mobile architecture patterns and best practices
• Ensure security architecture and best practices for mobile applications
• Conduct various forms of automated testing (Playwright), such as unit, integration, end-to-end, and a11y testing
• Apply software development best practices and be open to new ideas
• Develop large applications in a team environment
• Lead or own the development of large applications
• Estimate software requirements, even when confronted with complexity and uncertainty
• Make data-driven decisions using tools to measure application performance
• Release apps to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store
• Lead and mentor a team of mobile developers

Requirements

• Hard Skills:
  • Solid experience building and maintaining mobile applications (Android and iOS)
  • Strong understanding of mobile architecture patterns and best practices
  • Strong understanding of security architecture and best practices for mobile applications
  • Proven experience with various forms of automated testing (Playwright), such as unit, integration, end-to-end, and a11y testing
  • Strong opinions about software development best practices, balanced with receptiveness to new ideas
  • Extensive experience developing large applications in a team environment
  • Experience leading or owning the development of large applications
  • Proficiency in software estimation, even when confronted with complexity and uncertainty
  • Data-driven decision-making skills, with proficiency in using tools to measure application performance
  • Experience releasing apps to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of mobile developers

Nice to Have

• Experience with cross-platform mobile development frameworks (e.g., React Native, Flutter)
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)

• Experience building SDKs
• Fluency in English
