About the Position
Grupotec is a multidisciplinary engineering and architecture company and a leader in the photovoltaic energy sector, operating globally and experiencing substantial growth due to significant investment in expertise and service diversification, including the growth, development, and training of an international team of experts.
Joining the engineering division, specifically the BIM area composed of more than 40 professionals, the main mission of this position will be to create the plans, drawings, and 3D models of engineering projects, using CAD and BIM software tools, following the established technical specifications and quality criteria.
Responsibilities
- Create the plans, drawings, and 3D models of engineering projects, both for civil works and installations, using CAD and BIM software tools.
- Draft projects (Budgets and measurements, Reports, ESS, EGR, etc.)
- Write reports, minutes, and follow-up sheets.
- Collaborate on different activities of the Department.
- Review and update plans, drawings, and 3D models according to modifications or corrections that occur during project development.
- Collaborate with the team of engineers and architects in defining and solving the technical aspects of the projects.
- Archive and manage the graphic documentation of the projects, both in digital and paper formats.
Requirements
- Minimum education required: Higher vocational training in Drafting or equivalent. A degree in Technical Engineering, Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or equivalents is valuable.
- Minimum experience of 2 years as an architect or modeler performing the described tasks.
- Advanced handling of CAD and BIM software tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, etc.
- Ability to work in a team, attention to detail, customer focus, and results orientation.
