About the Position
Galaktica is a Ukrainian IT product company that has been creating mobile applications and web products for Tier-1 markets since 2019. Our team consists of over 350+ experts from around the world. We develop international products, experiment with approaches, and quickly scale solutions that improve the lives of millions of users.
An important part of Galaktica's business is philanthropy. Since 2022, we have directed a large amount of volunteer aid in various directions. Primarily, support for the Armed Forces of Ukraine: dozens of SUVs and commercial quadcopters, hundreds of FPV drones, NRFs with turrets, and ATVs. We also develop two charitable foundations: focusing on the rehabilitation of military personnel and supporting children of military personnel and those affected by the war.
About the Role
You will work on a product that has a real impact on the business and users. We are looking for a person who not only completes tasks but thinks with results, carefully analyzes situations, and is ready to take responsibility for their own decisions.
This role combines analytics and monitoring user compliance with the application rules.
Responsibilities
- Monitor the quality of communication between users and provide feedback in case of violations of the application rules;
- Check the content on the site, filter out inappropriate content;
- Review applications to track user activity and identify anomalies, problems, and positive patterns;
- Maintain tables and daily fill out protocols of the work done.
Requirements
- Basic skills in working with Excel / Google Sheets;
- English - A2/B1 (for reading and working with internal materials);
- Attention to detail and the ability to notice inconsistencies;
- Critical thinking and the ability to work according to instructions;
- Ability to justify decisions and take responsibility for them;
- Willingness to learn quickly and master a large amount of new information.
