Your Impact

Als (Senior) Consultant Modern Data Management (m/w/d) machst du Daten zum strategischen Unternehmensprodukt, auf modernen Cloud-Plattformen (AWS, Azure, GCP) und mit einem klaren Fokus auf skalierbare Datenprodukte, belastbare Governance und AI-ready Strukturen.

Den Einstieg machst du über unsere Modern Data Management Masterclass: Du durchläufst ein strukturiertes Programm, das dir das technologische und methodische Fundament in unseren Schlüsseltechnologien (AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake, Collibra, Informatica, etc.) vermittelt. Darauf setzen themenspezifische Vertiefungssessions zu Datenprodukten, Data Governance, Datenqualität und AI-Readiness auf. Im Zentrum deines Tracks steht eine eigene Case Study, in der du diese Bausteine entlang eines realistischen Szenarios zu einem skalierbaren, AI-ready Datenmanagement zusammenführst – die perfekte Vorbereitung für deine späteren Kundenprojekte.

• Datenstrategie & skalierbare Datenprodukte: Du richtest die Data-Management-Strategie unserer Kunden an ihren betriebswirtschaftlichen Zielen aus, entwickelst tragfähige Konzepte und baust skalierbare Datenprodukt-Organisationen mit Ownership-Modellen, Metadatenmanagement, Data-Mesh-Strukturen und Data Contracts auf modernen Plattformen wie Databricks oder Snowflake auf.
• Semantischer Layer & AI-Readiness: Mit Ontologien, Knowledge Graphs und domänenübergreifender Metadaten-Verknüpfung schaffst du die semantische Grundlage für Agentic AI und sorgst über saubere Strukturen, vollständige Lineage und belastbare Dokumentation dafür, dass AI-Anwendungen skalieren und Vertrauen genießen – zugleich erarbeitest du innovative AI-Lösungen, die das Data Management selbst effizienter machen.
• Governance & Datenqualität: Von föderierten Governance-Frameworks, Business Glossaren und Datenklassifikation (in Tools wie Collibra oder Informatica) bis zu Profiling, Regeldefinition und Monitoring verankerst du Datenqualität als operative Disziplin – mit klaren Verantwortlichkeiten entlang der Datenprodukt-Ownership.
• Schnittstelle zwischen Fachlichkeit und IT: Werde zum Übersetzer zwischen fachlichen Anforderungen und der technischen Umsetzung, indem du technologisches Know-How mit Business-Verständnis verknüpfst.
• Teamwork: In interdisziplinären Teams bringst du fachliche Tiefe und Beratungsverständnis zusammen, für strategische Dateninitiativen bei unseren internationalen Kunden.

Your Skillset

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, (Wirtschafts-)Ingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbaren Studiengängen: du bringst das fachliche Fundament mit und willst es in der Praxis einsetzen
• 1 bis 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Unternehmensberatung, idealerweise mit Bezug zu AI & Data, IT oder digitaler Transformation. Du weißt, wie Beratungsprojekte funktionieren, und willst jetzt fachlich tiefer gehen
• Grundkenntnisse in Data-Management-Tools (z. B. Collibra oder Informatica), Cloud Umgebungen (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud), Data-Tools (Databricks, Snowflake, etc.) sowie Interesse modernen Data Management Konzepten, semantischer Modellierung, Datenqualität und Betriebsmodellen sind von Vorteil
• Ausgeprägte Teamorientierung sowie Freude an der Arbeit an der Schnittstelle von Business und Technologie, mit dem Willen, Daten wirklich nutzbar zu machen
• Reisebereitschaft sowie Deutsch (C1) und Englisch sehr gut in Wort und Schrift
