Junior Legal Consultant (Claims and Litigation Department)

What You Will Do:

• Handling court cases with non-collateral claims (filing to court, obtaining decisions, obtaining executive documents);
• Sending postal correspondence for the entire department;
• Reviewing materials of court cases and enforcement proceedings across Ukraine (rarely necessary);
• Assisting lawyers in writing procedural documents for more complex cases they are working on.

• Understanding the basics of claims and litigation work;
• Attentiveness;
• Willingness to travel and work with postal shipments.
