About the Position
Genesis, a full-cycle international product IT-company, is seeking a full-time remote Monetization Manager for IntellectoKids. IntellectoKids is a leading developer of educational applications for 3-6 years old children and their parents. Our mission is to help parents in the development and upbringing of their kids.
Our team has successfully launched 4 mobile applications used by more than 1 million users around the world:
- IntellectoKids Learning Games (apple.co/2TB8zVd) - educational games for children 3-6 years old. The application is consistently included in the Top 10 in the Kids 5 & Under category on the App Store
- IntellectoKids Bedtime Stories (apple.co/2PZeEIJ) - educational audio tales based on characters from IntellectoKids Learning Games
- IntellectoKids Super Parents (apple.co/2VSSb3T) - audio lectures for parents about parenting and development of children
- IntellectoKids English For Kids (apple.co/2vFgwzv) - an application for teaching English in a playful way using voice recognition technology.
Responsibilities
- Comprehensive analysis of the conversion funnel and monetization model of our mobile applications - from installation to calculating lifetime by subscription and country
- Analysis and weekly update of LTV models
- Search for new points for LTV growth: CAC and ARPS
- Formation and conduct of A/B tests of various subscriptions (prices)
- Formation and conduct of A/B interface tests inside mobile applications that affect the conversion funnel (subscription windows, etc.)
- Establishment and registration of new subscriptions in the App Store and Google Play
Requirements
- Analytical mind
- Desire and ability to work with numbers
- Experience with models
- Excellent knowledge of Excel
- Understanding the basic principles of conducting A/B tests
- Understanding the target audience and creativity - the ability to come up with non-standard hypotheses
Nice to Have
- Experience in calculating LTV mobile applications
- Experience with Tableau
- Experience with mobile analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc.)
