Your Mission
This is a company built for growth.
When you join exmox, you're stepping onto a global, highly competitive playing field, solving real problems in environments that push you beyond your comfort zone. We move fast, cut the noise, and focus on what actually matters, because in our industry, speed wins.
With 50M+ platform downloads, we're rapidly scaling one of the most exciting innovations in mobile gaming: a rewarded user engagement and acquisition platform that helps players discover, and engage with games they enjoy - creating lasting value for both players and gaming studios.
Monetization Manager (m/f/x) isn’t just about optimizing campaigns, it’s about building the system behind them. As part of the Product Live Operations team, you’ll work across dozens of live F2P games from different genres and monetization models, with real KPIs and retention data in front of you every day. You’ll turn campaign performance, player behavior and experiment results into a clear framework for how reward flows are built, diagnosed and improved, to find the reward level that brings in the most gross profit for each flow. Sitting between our B2C product and our B2B advertiser clients, you’ll drive both commercial success and player satisfaction. At exmox, we’re also embracing AI as part of how we work, not just what we build. We use AI tools to work smarter, cut down on repetitive tasks and spend our time where it actually moves the needle. If that mindset speaks to you, you’ll fit right in.
If you’re energized by live data, fast feedback loops, and the challenge of making a marketplace work for players, advertisers and the business at the same time, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Define and optimize reward flow strategies across our platform, ensuring they complement each game's in-game economy and progression structure.
- Build and evolve a reward flow playbook: how we set up new campaigns, how we spot underperforming ones and how we fix them, moving the team from day-to-day patching to a long-term strategy.
- Own experiment roadmaps, designing tests that validate new reward concepts, reward curve timing and offer value, and turning the learnings into models we can apply to any campaign.
- Find the reward level that brings in the most gross profit for each flow.
- Partner closely with our sales team and account managers, giving them clear guidance and recommendations for their campaigns, including dedicated support for our largest advertisers.
- Collaborate with product, data and design teams to translate insights into improvements to reward logic, ad formats and value delivery, and help lay the foundations for automating reward flow optimization over time.
- Monitor industry trends in F2P gaming, rewarded ads and mobile monetization to inform our product roadmap and strategy.
Requirements
- Experienced: Ideally 3+ years in monetization, LiveOps or game economy roles on live F2P mobile games, with a proven track record of improving revenue or KPIs.
- Expert: You understand how CPI campaigns and reward apps make money.
- Economics mindset: You know how to use data and test results to find the point that maximizes an outcome.
- Analytical: Strong ability to work with large datasets, conduct predictive analytics, and design experiments that inform revenue and campaign decisions.
- AI-native: You use AI tools like Claude in your daily work for analysis, reports and presentations, and you see AI as a way to do more, not a threat.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills with a history of working cross-functionally with product, data and sales teams.
- Passion for the industry: Enthusiastic about mobile gaming and player psychology, with a keen sense for value perception in rewarded environments.
We Offer
- Speed is the feature. Speed beats rocket science. We move fast, test fast, and multiply our pace with AI, because action creates information and small wins compound. A fast failure is a lesson we learn from, a slow one is a problem we can't afford.
- Focus on the essential. Done is better than perfect. We stay focused on what actually moves us forward and protect people's time from anything that doesn't. We're direct in how we communicate too, no rambling, no unnecessary detail.
- See it. Own it. Solve it. The first to see it is best placed to fix it. We're not a place for comfort, we're a place for doers. "Not my job" isn't in our vocabulary, if you spot something, you help make sure it gets solved.
- Respect others. Trust multiplies. Respect is non-negotiable. We disagree with ideas, never with people. Trust here is built the same way it is anywhere, through consistency, a thank you, a moment of listening, and owning your mistakes.
- Perks that help you focus on what matters. Transport subsidy, learning budget, wellness and gym, workation, bi-weekly team lunches, and more. The perks are great, but the real reason people join and stay is the challenge, the ownership, and the drive to win together.
