About the Position
ARRISE, a global leader in iGaming software development, is seeking a Monitoring Engineer to join our Tech team. This role is crucial in maintaining the high standards of service delivery and excellence that ARRISE is known for in the iGaming industry.
Responsibilities
- Sort, prioritize, track, and route issues/tickets
- Report incidents created by users or alarms using monitoring tools
- Handle, escalate, and resolve incidents within the L1 level
- Manage and monitor systems to drive troubleshooting
- Work on several tasks in parallel
Requirements
- Understanding of Web Technologies
- Experience in working with web applications and CMS
- Basic Linux knowledge
- Good knowledge of HTTP and API
- Understanding of TCP/IP network stack
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in shifts
- Intermediate English (reading/writing)
- Proficiency in Ukrainian (required)
- Experience in support
- Quick understanding and learning abilities
Nice to Have
- Experience in administrating (troubleshooting, logs parsing, scripting, etc.)
