About the Position
Monitoring Manager
Join our fast-growing business group as a Monitoring Manager, working in a multicultural team with opportunities for professional growth and development.
Responsibilities
- Collection and processing of data in areas requiring monitoring.
- Prompt submission of complaints when violations are identified.
- Interaction with platforms/support regarding complaint review processes.
- Analysis of identified violations and their classification by type and priority.
- Tracking the effectiveness of submitted complaints and their outcomes.
- Maintaining and updating an internal database of websites.
- Researching new methods for submitting complaints.
Requirements
- Understanding of the basics of search engines.
- Ability to search for necessary information on different GEO.
- Basic knowledge of Google docs/sheets, Google Analytics.
- English language skills (Basic).
Nice to Have
- Additional experience in data analysis and monitoring.
- Familiarity with other analytical tools and platforms.
