Mortgage & Finance Advisor

Smartmove is looking for motivated, personable & client-focused individuals to join the team with a view to becoming a fully operational Mortgage & Finance Advisor. Successful applicants will initially enter the Smartmove Academy, which is the vehicle with which Smartmove trains, develops, and mentors new team members into high-achieving brokers.

About the Smartmove Academy

The Academy is a fully paid 26-week training program aimed at producing high-achieving brokers regardless of their industry knowledge or experience. The program is stepped, which builds on the knowledge gained in the prior weeks and months, including:

• Formal education (Certificate IV & Diploma)
• Industry Association Membership
• Lender Accreditations
• Detailed systems training
• Side-by-side practical training with our team of brokers
• Weekly review and mentoring sessions

Depending on prior knowledge, the program can be shortened.

• Assist in the training and development of new team members
• Gain comprehensive knowledge in mortgage broking and finance
• Work closely with experienced brokers to understand the industry
• Participate in practical training sessions to apply learned skills
