Your Tasks and Areas of Responsibility:

Create advertising motion creatives and videos based on briefs for various digital platforms and ad formats;
Develop variations of existing creatives to increase uniqueness, test new approaches, and scale ad campaigns;
Generate new creative concepts and ideas in collaboration with marketing and creative teams;
Optimize the creative process for a faster production cycle and more efficient team work;
Communicate with marketing, creative, and product teams to synchronize tasks, discuss hypotheses, and implement advertising materials.

Required Skills and Criteria:

At least 2 years of commercial experience in motion design, preferably in product companies or creative agencies;
Confidently work with Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and/or DaVinci Resolve;
Understand the principles of UI/UX Motion, able to work with easings, timings, and animation dynamics;
Proficient in modern AI tools and use neural networks to optimize workflow, generate ideas, or create assets;
Able to work with composition, rhythm, visual hierarchy, and storytelling in motion.

Nice to Have:

Experience with Lottie / Rive and understanding of technical limitations of animations for mobile/web environments;
Experience with Airtable;
Ability to export animations in JSON / dotLottie formats;
Experience in creating brand videos, promo, or product videos;
Understanding of mobile formats, Safe Zones, and requirements of App Store / Google Play;
Basic skills in working with Figma;
Experience working in a product environment and understanding how motion affects user experience and the product as a whole.
