Motion Designer

About the Position

Join the Creative Marketing team at Huuuge and embark on an exciting adventure, bringing fun and truly social experiences to millions of players worldwide. We are seeking a talented 2D Motion Designer who is passionate about animation, performance marketing, and pushing creative boundaries. If you are proficient in After Effects, enjoy creative iteration, and are excited about how design can impact campaign performance, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Animate performance marketing video ads for mobile games, particularly in the social casino genre.
• Create scenarios, storyboards, and animations for given projects.
• Prepare in-house Live Action productions, including performing and editing.
• Create and adapt motion assets based on creative briefs and top-performing references.
• Collaborate with the entire marketing department in the implementation of created advertisements.
• Track the latest trends in advertising in the mobile games market.
• Incorporate marketing metrics and learnings to improve the performance of creatives.
• Build effective communication and escalation processes for inbound stakeholders such as product and marketing teams.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects and 2D motion design principles.
• Ability to work with Adobe After Effects plug-ins (Trapcode, 3D Element, Saber, etc.).
• Creativity, unconventional thinking, and openness to new challenges and animation techniques.
• Experience using Adobe Photoshop.
• Good communication skills and the ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
• A proactive and iterative mindset - you test, learn, and improve quickly.

Nice to Have

• Basic knowledge of 3D tools (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D) to complement 2D work.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools.
• Passion for mobile games and creative advertising trends.
