Motion Designer / AI Video Creator

About the Position

We're Rist Labs - a cofounding studio building ethical, AI-powered B2C products that matter. We partner with sharp founders and top talent to launch ventures that move fast, scale globally, and make a real difference.

We're after a Motion Designer / AI Video Creator who's obsessed with video, lives and breathes social media trends, and can turn a raw script into a scroll-stopping ad creative - powered by AI, but looking 100% human.

You’ll be working with Kodree, a subscription-based platform helping people gain practical, hands-on skills in any subject through web and mobile apps on both iOS & Android.

Responsibilities

• Producing packs of ad video creatives based on briefs from Creative Marketing Managers - up to 5 packs per day (3 videos per pack + variations)
• Generating hyper-realistic AI avatars and integrating them seamlessly into creatives (indistinguishable from real UGC)
• Independently sourcing visual references and trending content across social platforms
• Monitoring TikTok and Instagram trends and turning them into creatives fast
• Optimizing your own workflow through tools, plugins, and automations - because speed without quality doesn't count

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in active dynamic video editing (Reels, TikTok, ad creatives)
• At least 6 months of hands-on experience with Generative AI tools
• Proven ability to generate hyper-realistic AI avatars indistinguishable from real humans
• You can take a raw script with zero moodboard and deliver a polished pack by 6 PM without hand-holding
• You know how to source native, non-stock footage across TikTok, Instagram, and Threads
• English B1+ (no speaking required, but you can read a brief)

Nice to Have

• Have a background in performance marketing teams or digital agencies
• Understand basic marketing principles - hook frames, pacing for ads, what makes people stop scrolling
