Motion Designer / Editor(a) - Freelance

VML Lima is looking for a talented Motion Designer / Editor(a) Freelance to join our team in Lima, Peru. If you have a passion for creating engaging motion graphics and animations, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities

• Design and animate elements for advertising campaigns.
• Develop motion graphics for press, social media, and other digital media.
• Produce creative animations to strengthen brand presence in traditional and digital channels.
• Collaborate with creative teams and art directors to present high-quality innovative proposals.
• Create detailed and finished graphic compositions ready for client presentations and approvals.
• Make final adjustments and revisions based on feedback received.
• Participate in the design and animation of promotional materials such as POP, inserts, corporate videos, and other multimedia supports.
• Generate animated proposals aligned with the brand construction of tactical and strategic campaigns.
• Suggest creative improvements in daily pieces for both tactical and strategic objectives.

Requirements

• Degree in related fields such as Graphic Design, Digital Animation, Advertising, Communications, or similar areas.
• At least 3 years of proven experience in advertising agencies, design studios, or similar creative environments.
• Advanced proficiency in creative software including: Adobe After Effects and Premiere for animations, Photoshop, and Illustrator for design.
• Solid knowledge in graphic composition, 2D/3D animation, visual storytelling, and development of animated graphics optimized for social media.
• Availability to work on a project basis for 1 month.
