About the Position

We are seeking a Motion Designer to create dynamic video content for gaming platforms, combining strong design skills with animation principles.

Adaptiq is a technology hub specializing in building, scaling, and supporting R&D teams for high-end, fast-growing product companies in a wide range of industries. Our client builds engaging gaming platforms in the sweepstakes and social casino space, combining free-to-play entertainment with real-money features. Their products include highly engaging casual games designed to attract and retain large audiences across digital channels.

Design plays a key role in business growth: creative assets are produced at high speed for user acquisition campaigns, social media, CRM, and promotional activities. The team works closely with performance marketing and product stakeholders to create visuals that not only look strong but also directly influence user engagement and campaign performance.

This is a fast-paced environment where creative work has visible impact and where strong design decisions contribute directly to product growth.

Responsibilities

  • Create motion creatives for paid campaigns, ads, trailers, and promotional videos
  • Turn scripts, storyboards, static assets, and gameplay materials into engaging video content
  • Edit, animate, and enhance visuals for social media and marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with creative, marketing, and product teams
  • Apply strong pacing, storytelling, and visual hooks for digital audiences
  • Contribute ideas, trends, and new creative approaches

Requirements

  • 3+ years of motion design experience
  • Strong portfolio with digital video / motion work
  • Strong command of After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop
  • Deep understanding of animation principles, pacing, timing, transitions, and composition
  • Track record of delivering high-volume creative assets in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
  • Upper-intermediate level of English (written and spoken)

Nice to Have

  • Experience with 2D character animation tools such as Spine or Unity
  • Familiarity with VFX workflows using Blender and animating UI or vector assets
  • Understanding of performance marketing requirements and mobile user acquisition best practices
  • Experience in gaming, mobile apps, entertainment, or performance marketing
