About the Position

Join our fast-growing business as a Motion Designer, creating diverse digital promo materials and enhancing visual communication.

Responsibilities

  • Core Content Creation: Produce motion graphics content for our diverse campaigns and media channels.
  • Research & Innovation: Conduct market/competitor research and analysis, preparing compelling ideas and proposals to improve internal visual communication and boost engagement.
  • Brand Evolution: Work on updating and developing the brand's visual identity internally.
  • Handling large, complex tasks: To update the company’s visual communication.
  • Maintenance: Efficiently work with and adapt existing templates and guidelines.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Good knowledge in Figma is a big plus.
  • Expert knowledge of AI tools for generating visuals (static/animation), and basic understanding of AI for voiceovers and music generation.
  • Experienced in creating diverse digital promo materials (banners, videos, event visuals, etc).
  • Confidently uses AI (ChatGPT, Gemini etc.) to accelerate processes and generate multiple ideas.
  • Strong grasp of composition, typography, and color; can rationally defend design choices.
  • Must Have: A strong, diverse portfolio.

Nice to Have

  • Deep AI Integration: Treats AI as a core partner in the creative workflow.
  • Relevant Experience: Work background in Media, PR, or Marketing Agency.
  • Bonus Skill: Simple 3D graphics ability.

  • End-to-End Ownership: Loves managing the full project cycle independently and thrives on task diversity.
