About the Position
MS Dynamics 365 CX Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CX to lead complex customer and transformation projects in Winterthur, Switzerland.
Responsibilities
- Lead Dynamics 365 CX projects and programmes end-to-end
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Advise customers on CX and cloud transformation initiatives
- Coordinate stakeholders, project teams, and delivery activities
- Ensure successful project execution regarding scope, timeline, and quality
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in IT projects
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE:
- Sales
- Marketing
- Customer Service
- Field Service
- Proven consulting and multi-project management experience
- Experience with cloud solutions and enterprise transformation projects
- Minimum C1 proficiency in English and German
- Hands-on, proactive, and willing to go the extra mile when needed
- Based within practical commuting distance to Winterthur
