About the Position

A Boomit encontra-se a recrutar um Consultor MuleSoft para integrar um projeto de elevada complexidade e dimensão no setor bancário.

Esta função destina-se a um profissional com sólida experiência em arquitetura e desenvolvimento de integrações orientadas a APIs (API-Led Connectivity), responsável pela modernização de ecossistemas aplicacionais e interligação entre sistemas centrais bancários (Core Banking) e plataformas digitais.

Model of Work and Location

• Location: Portugal (Base in Lisbon).
• Regime: Remote (100% Remote).

Responsibilities

• Desenhar, desenvolver e implementar integrações complexas utilizando a plataforma MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
• Aplicar a metodologia API-Led Connectivity (System, Process e Experience APIs).
• Desenvolver especificações de APIs utilizando RAML ou OAS (OpenAPI Specification).
• Ligar a plataforma MuleSoft a sistemas centrais bancários, bases de dados relacionais e serviços externos (REST / SOAP).
• Implementar políticas de segurança, gestão de tráfego, autenticação (OAuth2, TLS/mTLS) e controlo de acessos a APIs.
• Participar na definição de arquiteturas de integração, orquestração de fluxos de dados e transformação de mensagens complexas (DataWeave).
• Colaborar em equipas multidisciplinares em metodologias ágeis (Scrum / Kanban), garantindo as melhores práticas de CI/CD e testes automatizados.

Requirements

• Academic Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• Professional Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in development and integration of systems with the MuleSoft platform.
  • Proven experience in the banking sector or in high-criticality and high-volume data projects.
• Technical Proficiency:
  • Advanced knowledge of the Anypoint Platform (Anypoint Studio, API Manager, Design Center, Runtime Manager).
  • Solid experience in the data transformation language DataWeave.
  • Deep knowledge of integration patterns (EAI, SOA, Microservices) and specifications RAML / REST / SOAP.
  • Experience in application security protocols and regulatory framework of the banking sector (e.g., PSD2, Open Banking).
• Personal Skills:
  • Strong analytical capacity and problem-solving skills for complex integration issues.
  • Rigor in technical documentation and adherence to code quality standards.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a distributed team.

Nice to Have

• Official MuleSoft certifications: MuleSoft Certified Developer (MCD) or MuleSoft Certified Platform/Integration Architect (MCA/MIA).
• Previous experience in microservices architecture, messaging engines (Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ), or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
