About the Position
Noesis is looking for a MuleSoft Platform Automation Expert to join our team in Lisboa, Portugal. This role is a hybrid position combining on-site and remote work.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions and self-healing mechanisms using Python, PowerShell, or Shell scripting to streamline platform operations;
- Manage MuleSoft integration platform capacity and performance, including utilization monitoring, growth forecasting, and resource optimization across multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, OpenShift);
- Drive continuous service improvement initiatives to enhance platform reliability, stability, and operational efficiency in an international context;
- Produce technical documentation, automation runbooks, and capacity reports while supporting major incidents and service restoration activities when required.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or similar;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in MuleSoft platform management and operations (non-development focus);
- Solid hands-on expertise in MuleSoft Flex Gateway, Terraform, OpenShift, GitHub, ArgoCD, and API security protocols (OAuth, OpenID);
- Proven experience in scripting and operational automation (Python, PowerShell, or Shell);
- Solid background in multi-cloud basics (AWS, Azure) and ITIL processes;
- Fluent English level (mandatory), both written and spoken (C1 level);
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and technical synthesis skills to collaborate effectively in a multicultural environment;
- Highly autonomous, structured, and proactive profile with strong problem-solving capabilities and flexibility for hybrid work and occasional on-call support.
