About the Position
Multicore CPU Resource Management Expert
Bosch Global Software Technologies Private Limited, a 100% owned subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH, is seeking a Multicore CPU Resource Management Expert to optimize software for microcontroller-based Engine Control Units (ECUs) and Vehicle Control Units (VCUs) in Bangalore, India.
Responsibilities
- Development of solutions for an optimal multicore software considering the dynamic (runtime) aspects of software for the State-of-the-art micro-controller based Engine Control Units (ECUs) and Vehicle Control Units (VCUs)
- Derive optimization approaches from CPU resources point of view for multicore controllers
- Derive Dynamic Architecture concepts for ECU start-up/shutdown sequence, optimal task distribution, recommendation for Task, ISR priorities, ISR/ lock clearance
- Offer training to projects on multicore and CPU resource management concepts
Requirements
- Embedded C programming skills
- Good know-how on Python programming
- Working knowledge on embedded systems: RTOS, Microcontrollers, and peripherals
- Hands-on and deep know-how on multi-core concepts and CPU resource management
- Good knowledge on compilers, linkers, memory layout, and the workflow involved
- Hands-on debugging skills with tools like PLS UDE, Lauterbach, Trace32, etc.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Vector Canalyzer, Cancase, ETAS INCA, etc.
- Knowledge on Infineon TriCore, ST ARM based controllers
- Basic understanding of Autosar and Adaptive Autosar
- Good know-how on software development life cycle process
Education
- BE/B.Tech in Electronics / Electrical / Instrumentation / Telecommunication / Computer Science
