About the Position
We are recruiting multilingual speakers for a large customer service center in Athens, Greece. If you are fluent in English, Italian, German, or Dutch, and are interested in handling incoming calls, chat, social media, and email communication, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries and provide support on technical issues.
- Offer information about products and advise on product selection.
- Guide customers through online store purchases.
- Stay updated on new products, marketing initiatives, and policy/regulation changes.
- Deliver excellent customer experience.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent knowledge of Italian (both spoken and written).
- Good English skills.
- Computer literacy (MS Windows, web applications, etc.).
- Positive thinking and pleasant personality.
- Willingness to train and learn new skills, integrity, and passion for learning.
- Responsibility when handling sensitive information.
- Previous work experience in a similar customer service role is considered an advantage.
