Responsibilities

• Production:

  • Static Graphics: Create compelling graphics to support marketing initiatives
  • Video: Handle full production flow of digital campaigns from conceptualization to post-production, including but not limited to storyboarding, directing, and editing videos

• Creative Software & Technical Proficiency:

  • Video filming: Camera (experience with operating Sony Alpha/FX series)
  • Video editing: Figma, Adobe Suite, and DaVinci Resolve
  • Sound recording: Basic audio operation experience with wireless microphone/shotgun mic/podcast microphone
  • Basic lighting: For interview/webinar/portrait shooting
  • Basic motion graphic: Is nice to have

• Digital Strategy:

  • Develop creative content for websites, social media, and other marketing platforms to assist execution of marketing initiatives

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communication, Visual Arts, or a related field
• Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality design across print, web, social, email, animation, and video. Portfolio submission required with application
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or similar tools
• Design Skills: Excellent sense of typography, layout, grid systems, and visual hierarchy
• Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines

Nice to Have

• Video editing, motion design (e.g. Premiere Pro, After Effects), or 3D animation
• Skills in generative AI graphic tools
• Immediate Availability
