Murex Environment Management Consultant

About the Position

We are seeking a Murex Environment Management Consultant with 8+ years of relevant Murex experience for our BCM Industry team in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Act as first-level support for already deployed Murex products, redirecting and following the issues with the corresponding support teams.
• Configuration Management
  • Use Murex configuration management tools to import/export configuration items and analyze related issues.
  • Apply the configuration management methodologies.
  • Perform database sanitization and purging procedures.

Requirements

Must have

• 8+ years of relevant Murex experience in configuration & environment management.
• Scripting (Perl, awk), SQL, Unix, XML, RDBMS operations.
• Basic understanding of Market risk, MRE/MRA, and batch & feeder config.
• Good Knowledge of Unix.
• Shell Scripting & Oracle DB.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on with Murex server architecture: Launcher configurations/Services/Load Balancing.
• Possess good knowledge of server infrastructure and Databases (Oracle).

Nice to have

• Understanding of Financial market.
• Knowledge on DevOps.
