About the Position
We are seeking a Senior Murex Front Office Commodity BA with extensive experience in commodities trading and Murex implementations to join our team in Remote France.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering workshops with Front Office stakeholders.
- Analyse and document business processes, workflows, and target operating models.
- Capture and manage business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
- Produce Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications (FSDs), User Stories, and Process Flows.
- Act as the liaison between traders, business users, solution architects, and Murex configuration teams.
- Define Murex Front Office configuration requirements.
- Review product setup and pricing configuration.
- Work with Murex specialists to design booking models and trade workflows.
- Define valuation, pricing, and market data requirements.
- Validate Front Office reports, dashboards, and analytics.
- Ensure standard Murex functionality is leveraged wherever possible.
- Define requirements for market data sourcing and consumption.
- Support integration with ZEMA and enterprise market data platforms.
- Support curve-building and pricing validation activities.
- Review valuation models and pricing outputs with traders and risk teams.
- Lead analysis and solution design for various commodities and derivatives.
Requirements
Must Have
- Minimum 10 years of Murex FO Business Analysis experience.
- Experience within Commodities, Energy, Metals, or Capital Markets.
- Minimum 5 years focused on Front Office Murex implementations.
- Strong knowledge of Murex MX.3.
- Extensive experience with Murex Front Office modules.
- Experience across multiple end-to-end Murex implementation programmes.
- Strong experience producing:
- Process Flows
- Test Scripts
- User Stories
- Training Materials
- Extensive SIT and UAT experience.
- Experience supporting production deployments.
Nice to Have
- Experience working on Front-to-Back Murex transformation programmes.
- Knowledge of SAP Treasury, Quantum, Broadridge, ZEMA, or similar trading ecosystem platforms.
- Agile and Waterfall delivery experience.
