About the Position
We are seeking a Murex Front Office Consultant with 6-8 years of experience in the Murex system for the Front office and risk modules of the Mx 3.1 platform. Join our team at Luxoft, a top-tier Murex Alliance Partner, and contribute to our successful track record of over 200 Murex projects across various asset classes and sectors.
Responsibilities
- Handling Murex production batch processing, including Date rolls for various desks and entities, accounting, and reporting batches.
- Configuring the processing script for various modules and debugging related issues.
- Performing or monitoring daily/monthly housekeeping jobs related to Accounting, Market data, etc.
- Providing support for overnight batch processing.
- Developing or configuring the processing script, report, or batch of feeders if required as part of Batch Support.
- Configuration management & Release management.
Requirements

Must have:
- 6-8 years of experience in Murex system in the Front office and risk modules of the Mx 3.1 platform.
- Proven experience working on scalable, resilient transaction processing systems in the Financial markets.
- A strong analytical and logical approach to problem-solving and system development.
- Very strong exposure to all asset classes.
- Strong exposure to trade lifecycle across front office, back office, and middle office tiers.
- Detailed knowledge of Murex Front office and risk modules.
- Responsible for doing Requirement Analysis in Front Office space for various asset classes.
- Responsible for doing an initial analysis of existing production data and existing test case suite.
- Ability to analyze and understand product requirements and offer solutions and support to facilitate the rollouts.
- Work closely with the Front Office business to design and build pricing and booking capabilities in the Murex system.
- Participate with internal business partners on cross-functional projects to provide STP solutions for pricing, distribution, and execution capabilities.
- Be responsible for understanding the business needs, identifying business solutions, and validating the pros and cons of technical solution options.
