About the Position

DXC Luxoft has one of the world's leading Murex practices. We are a top-tier Murex Alliance Partner and a market leader in implementation, integration, upgrade, and migration. We provide end-to-end project services and have delivered over 200 successful Murex projects across all major asset classes and sectors including investment banking, asset management, corporate treasury, and insurance.

We are currently seeking a Murex Specialist for a contractor position in Toronto, Canada.

Whether you possess a background in finance, technology, or Mathematics, your experience in the capital markets industry would be of high interest to us.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional services to Murex clients, including system integration, business intelligence, and data flows through the full lifecycle of the MX.3.
• Professionally interact with Murex colleagues and clients.
• Build, test, and provide support to clients on MX.3 integration modules.
• Contribute to project implementations, participating in design, build, and test phases.
• Develop trade workflows and interfaces to set up communication between external platforms and Murex.
• Contribute to functional and design documentation.
• Develop and maintain end-to-end configuration management packages.
• Handle support cases from notification to resolution and validation.
• Participate in business as usual and project support.
• Manage bug fixes and enhancements with the Product Team.
• Integrate with various teams to deliver the right solution to clients.
• Work with technologies including SQL, Unix, and Murex proprietary standards.
• Create shell/python scripts for automation of day-to-day manual activities.

Requirements

• Must have:

  • Integration and Reporting skills
  • 1-4 Years Support experience, demonstrated Murex Support
  • S4C Skills on capital markets client preferred.

• Nice to have:

  • Java programming skills
  • Murex Support skills
