About the Position
Oracle is seeking a NA Sales Representative, Commercial Software Sales Specialist with 6 to 10+ years of experience to join our sales team in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Sell license technology software products and related services within a defined Commercial Account industry vertical.
- Collaborate and drive Cloud sales in partnership with the OCI Cloud Sales team.
- Partner and collaborate strongly on cross-pillar opportunities across NACI, Industry, and Oracle Applications.
- Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities comprising both strategic and tactical transactions.
- Manage the entire sales process including pipeline development, qualification of opportunities, and solution development through contract negotiations and signing.
- Use Oracle sales resources to improve revenue growth and achieve sales expectations.
Requirements
- Sales experience: 6 to 10+ years of outside and inside sales experience.
- Prospecting and team selling: Requires strong prospecting and team selling culture.
- Sales skills: Shown ability to sell data and platform technologies.
- Performance: Consistent history of meeting or exceeding quota.
- Complex sales deal closing: Ability to close complex sales deals, experience with ULA/PULA/PoF is preferred.
- Executive presence: Validated ability to maintain C-level relationships.
- Relationship management: Ability to build trust quickly and develop strong long-term relationships with business executives.
- Negotiation: Experienced negotiator and objection handling techniques.
- Qualification: Effectively qualify opportunities with key decision makers including validating business need, budget, and compelling event.
- Pipeline management: Identify new strategic opportunities and maintain a pipeline.

- Competitive salary: Hiring Range in USD from $94,000 to $155,000 per annum.
- Equity: May be eligible for equity.
- Commission: Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 50/50.
